Cancellations Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings with OPAL Cruises.

 

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure a charter booking.
If a booking is cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Full Payment

If the full charter fee has been paid and the client cancels the booking, 50% of the total charter fee will be refunded.

 

Cancellation by OPAL Cruises

OPAL Cruises reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns.
In such cases, guests will be offered either:
• An alternative charter date, or
• A refund at the discretion of OPAL Cruises.
